Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of Jalal Merzoug services, website projects, digital delivery, and software licensing. They also include the refund terms required for checkout verification.

Last updated: March 31, 2026

01

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you complete a purchase, the financial transaction is entered into with Paddle and is subject to Paddle buyer terms.

Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and customer billing operations for digital purchases and service deposits.

02

Services Offered

Jalal Merzoug provides web design, development, graphic design, AI integration, and SEO strategy services for clients in Morocco and internationally.

All prices are quoted in EUR. Deposits are partial booking payments that go toward the full package price, not separate charges on top of the listed total. Project timelines and scope are confirmed in writing before production starts.

03

Software Licensing

Software products are licensed, not sold. Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license limited to the plan purchased.

04

Delivery

Digital licenses: after successful payment confirmation by Paddle, the license or access information is delivered to the email address used during checkout.

Web design services: a deposit confirms the booking and starts the project. Final delivery is completed after the agreed balance is settled.

05

Refund Policy

Because digital products can be delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once a license key has been issued and activated.

A 30-day money-back guarantee may apply if the software is technically defective on your system and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.

For service work, deposits are non-refundable once project work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be approved at our discretion.

Refund requests can be sent to support@jalal.es or through Paddle buyer support.

06

Intellectual Property

After final payment for a custom website project, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables unless a different written agreement exists.

Third-party fonts, plugins, stock imagery, and other licensed assets remain governed by their own licenses.

Jalal Merzoug may display completed work in a portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

07

Limitation of Liability

Services and software are provided on an "as is" basis. Jalal Merzoug is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use of the website, services, or software.

08

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes related to these terms or to the use of Jalal Merzoug services are subject to the competent courts of Kenitra, Morocco.
